Yacob, Ph.D., together with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform (MAFAR), jointly conducted a site visit and inspection at Barangay Bagong in Shariff Aguak, Maguindanao Del Sur on June 13, 2024.

Yacob, Ph.D., together with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform (MAFAR), jointly conducted a site visit and inspection at Barangay Bagong in Shariff Aguak, Maguindanao Del Sur on June 13, 2024.

The primary objective of this site visit was to validate the proposed area for the construction of Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) agricultural infrastructure projects of MP Yacob, such as warehouse and solar dryer, which are essential for the local agricultural community’s storage and post-harvest processing needs.

Present during the site visit were the Office of MP Yacob Supervising Political Affairs Officer I Hammad A. Yacob and team, and MAFAR Engr. Taher L. Otto and Engr. Norsamin K. Radsid.

Yacob, Ph.D., successfully conducted a three-day relief assistance distribution in the provinces of Maguindanao Del Sur and Del Norte from September 24 to 26, 2024. This initiative took place in the municipalities of Mamasapano, Shariff Aguak, Shariff Saydona, and Datu Odin Sinsuat, reaching some of the most vulnerable populations in the region.
