The office of MP Mohammad S. Yacob, Ph.D. together with its Legislative Coordinators and MAFAR-Municipal Officers conducted its 2nd assembly meeting at the MAFAR-Compound, Cotabato City.

In aid of legislation, MAFAR-MOs partnered with the office Legislative Coordinators conducted a dialogue on how they can help the parliament office of MP Yacob to formulate bills and resolutions from communities such as farmers and fisherfolks based on their respective municipalities.

Ronjamin Maulana, Ph.D., MAFAR Provincial Director states that the involvement of MMOs in law formulation is a great way in identifying key problems that need to be addressed.

The LCs and MMOs each explain their roles during the meeting and working with each other will significantly boost the office’s capacity as a law-making body.
