In aid of legislation, the office of MP Mohammad S. Yacob, Ph.D. recently conducted its Performance Evaluation and Assessment Cum Planning to its office staff.

The said performance evaluation and assessment activity is the process of assessing the office staff of MP Yacob’s job performance and productivity. The assessment was conducted based on previously established criteria that align with the goals of the organization and formulate ways forward.

Ms. Melanie M. Indar, BPDA Consultant, Facilitated the activity and helped formulate the new Vision & Mission of the organization.
