COTABATO CITY – The Committee on Agrarian, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform (CAFAR) approved in a meeting today March 16, 2022, the consolidated bill entitled “AN ACT STRENGTHENING IRRIGATION SYSTEMS IN THE BANGSAMORO REGION AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.”

The said bill emanated from the filled bill no. 68 authored by the members of Parliament Hon. Mohammad S. Yacob, Ph.D. and bill no. 107 authored by Hon. Engr. Baintan Adil-Ampatuan, CSEE, MNSA, Hon. Amilbahar S. Mawallil and Hon. Atty. Laisa M. Alamia, CESE, RN.
