READ| The Office of MP Mohammad S. Yacob, Ph.D., in partnership with Project TABANG “Tulong Alay sa Bangsamorong Nangangailangan,” conducted a series of rice assistance distribution to the marginalized families of Maguindanao Del Sur and Special Geographic Area on July 2-3, 2024.

For the different municipalities of Maguindanao Del Sur, 236 marginalized families each received a 25kg sack of rice. For the Special Geographic Area (SGA), 50 marginalized families from Población VII, Midsayap, each received a 25kg sack of rice, respectively.

This rice distribution initiative underscores the commitment of MP Mohammad S. Yacob, Ph.D., and his office to address the community’s immediate needs by providing substantial food aid, and this not only provided immediate relief to the residents but also reinforced the importance of community support and solidarity. The successful distribution was a testament to the collaborative efforts of the office of MP Yacob and the locals.

The distribution was led by the Office of MP Yacob Supervising Political Affairs Officer I Hammad A. Yacob and his team.
