MP YACOB’S MEDICAL OUTREACH PROGRAM DELIVERS HOPE AND HEALING TO THE BANGSAMORO COMMUNITY

COTABATO CITY| The office of Member of the Parliament (MP) Mohammad S. Yacob, Ph.D., is pleased to announce the tremendous success of its Medical Outreach Program (MOP), which was launched in August of this year. This initiative has already made a profound and transformative impact on the lives of thirty (30) beneficiaries within the Bangsamoro region, having allocated an astounding One hundred thirty-three thousand five hundred (133,500.00) pesos worth of essential medicines in just a month.

This program, funded under the office of MP Yacob, is in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Mercury Drug, which aims to support one of the twelve (12) point priority agenda of the Bangsamoro Chief Minister Hon. Ahod B. Ebrahim. Moreover, this program aligns perfectly with the overarching goals of the Bangsamoro Government: an empowered, cohesive, and progressive Bangsamoro.

As the MOP continues to expand its reach, it holds the potential to foster a healthier, more resilient Bangsamoro region, where access to essential healthcare remains a fundamental right for all.
