The said livestock was funded through the Transitional Development Impact Fund of MP Yacob and implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform (MAFAR) aims to contribute to the development goals of the Bangsamoro Government.

Present during the turnover ceremony were the MAFAR TDIF Program team led by Mr. Johnson G. Paglala; the Chairman of the MAFAR Inspector team, Mr. Mohammad Mojair Cawasatig; COA; and the staff of MP Yacob led by Samya G. Taha, Legislative Staff Officer IV (LSO IV) and Akmad S. Andil, Office of MP Yacob TDIF Focal.
