𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃| The Office of the Member of Parliament (MP) Mohammad S. Yacob, Ph.D., underwent a two (2) days training for Basic Customer Service last March 8-9, 2023, at Golden Lace, Cotabato City.

The training in aid of legislation aims to institutionalize the workforce of the Office of MP Mohammad S. Yacob, Ph.D., in basic customer service to boost productivity and compliance and give efficient and proactive customer support.

Mr. Hussien A. Abu and Mr. Said I. Abdulkasan of the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro facilitated the said training.
