The Completed Staff Work is a training designed to capacitate the Bangsamoro employees, particularly those who hold rank and file positions, in applying analytical skills using the CSW methodology. This training is useful in carrying out their functions effectively and efficiently, and most importantly, this will encourage the staff to proactively solve problems and be active observers and learners, not just passive consumers of information.

The said training was facilitated by the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB) and headed by their Training Specialist V, Ms. Norhaina B. Ugokan, JD.

Yacob, Ph.D., successfully conducted on August 21, 2024 a groundbreaking ceremony for the two covered court projects, each worth ₱7,900,000.00 funded through the Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) of MP Yacob and implemented by the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) in Barangay Pikeg, Shariff Saydona and Barangay Libutan, Mamasapano in the province of Maguindanao Del Sur.
