𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍| Member of Parliament (MP) Mohammad S. Yacob, Ph.D., attending today’s fifth and final leg of public consultation for the Proposed BTA Bill No. 30, “AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE BANGSAMORO LOCAL GOVERNANCE CODE (BLGC),” at Marco Polo Hotel, Ortogas Manila.

BLGC is one of the priority legislation of the BTA Parliament, which intends to strengthen the power of supervision by the Bangsamoro Government, through the Ministry of Interior and Local Government (MILG) and, whenever necessary, impose its authority to regulate the affairs of the constituent local government units, in accordance with Sec. 10, Art. VI on Intergovernmental Relations in RA 11054, without diminishing their local autonomy.
